Help with removing profile from console

so my girlfriend and I have just broken up and she’s threatened to delete all of my progress and data on my games how can I get that profile off the Xbox and or disable her from using it or accessing it? Please help me

Friends List

Try signing out of your profile and signing back in. If that doesn't help then try removing your profile from the console then add it back. Let us know. Good Luck!

First if its an xbox one without being at the console itself there is no way of removing the profile from the console.

Second as long as your console was connected to the internet while playing your games your progress in the games are saved automatically to the cloud and when you sign in on new console and load games up they synch your progress with the last upload to the
cloud. Your game purchases go with your account too so they would go with the account when downloaded to any console.

Third your best bet would be to go to account.live.com and change your password and change your password and make sure any security proofs that are on the account she does not have access to. once you change the password on the account the next time she
goes to sign into your account it will ask for the new password and since she would not know it then she would not be able to get onto your account and do anything to it.

Howdy, you can remove your sons profile from all current devices by going to live.com and account settings then simply redownload the profile to your sons xbox.
