Help with Removing a card and subscription, my son is in floods of tears, HELP!

Hi I hope someone can help me, firstly I am not a gamer myself so go easy on me ! My son set up a subscription to Xbox live on Xbox One, he used my card to pay without me knowing, when I realised I tried to cancel it on Xbox but just could not find a way
to do it. In the end in desperation I cancelled my bank card. The Xbox live has now stopped as they have realised there is no payment that can come from that card, although it is still listed on there. He has now tried to but the subscription with a voucher
code as I don't want to put a new card on there in case they start taking money off me again. When he tries to buy it will not let him as the other subscription is still on there. I want to cancel it so he can buy it himself, I can't see any option on there
to do this or remove the card. I am no expert but I hope someone can help me. thanks.

Fifa not downloading

arrrrgh my nine year old son in floods of tears because we cant getthe fifa gamesupposed to be with the console. code says it has been redeemed but where is the game? spoiling our Christmas day.

any ideas?

Status code

Can try removing all the other cards except the one you want to make the purchase with. If your subscription is tied to one of those cards, might need to call support for help with it.

-Sign in to your son's account using this link > Disable auto-renewal of the subscription

https://account.microsoft.com/services

-Then, remove your payment card via this link:

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments

In this way, your son keeps his subscription while having your payment card removed from his account to prevent any unauthorized transactions.

hi thanks for the reply weh have, checked order history, the payments dont show on there.

checked the bank (went over a years worth of statements )and the only payments taken not connected to my son accounts are the second payment each month for subscription that doesnt show onm my sons account.

i called customer services and they have been no help. all they could do was check the card details and see what accounts its connected to and it was only connected to my sons. its is no loner connected to his and iive had 3 subscription payments taken since removing my card. they are unable to trace the payments being taken from my account and told me to get bank to deal with it so i put into the bank that these extra payments were freud and got a years worth back. im waitng for a responce to the freud action on the 3 payments since removing my card from my son account.

ive been trying to sort this now for months and it just still keeps happening.
