Help with relams and linking accounts

Some friends and I are trying to create a realm for Minecraft. I laughed it on my switch but It won't let me replace the world. Saying it's full error code "drowned". I decided to go on the web and it said use another device to replace the world. On my PS4 it won't allow me to link my switch and ps4 Microsoft accounts. Microsoft hasn't been any help at all (hanging up, can't find cross platform help related to my question, and broken links through the online portal). Mojang told me to contact Microsoft. Can anyone here help me?

im able to join servers. im not sure about realms becuase my friends dont have any

it says its because if how my microsoft account is set up but i dont knkw how to change the settings.
