Help with purchase through Xbox Microsoft Store

I purchased 2 items using the Microsoft Store on my Xbox, money was debited from my account for each order, but I never received, or downloaded, anything. It’s very frustrating to have purchased multiple items, pay for each item, never receive the item,
and the only person I have been able to contact regarding this is the stupid Virtual Assisstant. Does anyone have any idea how to contact Microsoft via email, phone, or any other way so I can either figure out why this content was never downloaded/credited
to my account after buying the content a week ago. Usually, when I purchase something using the Microsoft Store on my Xbox, it starts downloading instantly, but now I’ve made 2 purchases, the orders show up in my order history, the money was deducted from
my account instantly, but after a week, I still haven’t received anything. I just spent the last 3 hours searching for help on a digital download order, but have been unsuccessful in finding any way to contact anyone about this.

Forza Horizon 3, Microsoft Store and Windows 10 built in store differ?

The Microsoft Store offer is only for purchases through the Microsoft Store, which is different from purchasing through the Windows 10 Store. Usually Microsoft Store purchases are only physical copies of the game, which may have been eligible for a $10 discount
on future purchases from the Microsoft Store, but this is separate from the digital-only Windows 10 Store.

Their services for purchases and content are down right now. It should be fine once it comes back online. Check xbox.com/status for updates.

 

There was a service alert for purchasing going on in the last few hours, but according to the status page, everything is working again.

If you tried to buy something during that outage, please check your purchase history on
Sign in to your Microsoft account if the order really got through and if the money was really deducted.

If you really got money taken out of your account, and the purchase didn't get through properly, please go to

https://support.xbox.com/contact-us
and choose the billing icon with the credit card symbol. If the virtual agent shows up, click on the "No Thanks..." link to dismiss the virtual agent.

Then choose the most fitting category or simply choose "Other" from the list of topics under Billing.

That should make several tiles appear at the bottom.

Depending on the time of day, your country and the times of operations of local support in your country, you can either chat with Xbox support, or request a callback, where they then call you on your phone, so you don't have to wait in a phone waitingloop
to get in contact with a support agent.
