Help With Preview Program!

I have gone through support about being accepted into the preview program but havent gotten a message or any sort of contact from xbox to download the preview program dashboard. Is there anyone that can help me on this issue? Support says that ive already
been accepted but cant get past that point.

Help with Preview Program

I need some help from someone in the preview program and is an Xbox admin or mod. I've called Xbox support and they said I would have to post here. Awhile back I deleted the message from Xbox containing my code to redeem the app to be able to join the preview
program. Now when I have my friend send me invites I don't receive them. I waited a Least a week and he has sent out around 4. Does anyone know how to fix this please help!

I was told it would take at least a few days before I would receive any notifications about the preview program. You should eventually get a message but I've heard some people were waiting a week or more. How long has it been? I was able to get in after
2 or 3 days but I'm still waiting to get access to the forums.

What you fail to realize or understand is that I've repetitively been told what I've been told by more than one customer support agent. Sorry you cannot understand that. Thanks for the responses though but I doubt the staff are so severely misinformed or
would lie about speaking directly with preview program associates or going into my account and seeing that I've been accepted and was sent the emails/messages I am missing. It's either they are deliberately lying or you guys are misinformed while my problem
continues. Again, I've been accepted so please refrain from replying to thread if all there is to be said is I've not been accepted. Ty.
