    Help with payment


    So I have a paypal account AND a debit card connected to my xbox live account, yet when I try to purchase something through the website it says that there are no valid payment methods and asks me to add one. So instead when I try to purchase it on the xbox
    360 rather than on the website, I have no payment methods set up on there (I'm not sure if there is supposed to be the payment methods I have added on the website or I have to re-add them because it's on console). But when I go to add the billing information
    the only states I get to choose from are American and there's no option to change my region/country. I've checked and my xbox region is in Australia like it should be, and when I check the region on the website it is also Australia.

    So basically I can't add billing info on console because the region is wrong and I can't change it, and I can't purchase through the website because it says I have no valid payment methods even though I have a paypal account and debit card linked.

    Help with past due payment

    is there any other way? I live outside USA and Western countries so I can't really use a phone to call.

    I need help with payment!

    I'm trying to buy something and it won't let me. When I select Klarna it tell me they can't make an order. My iDeal is greyed out for whatever reason. I can buy original games, but no DLCs.

    Someone who can help?

    Hey there, GucciGlo1017! I'm sorry to see you are unable to not only use your payment options, but you can't even add new ones on the console. I went ahead and bubbled you up to the correct team to fix this. I hope we can work this out! Help with payment :D
