    I would like to fix this, please. Can't manage my subscription page for a week by today. I do not own this credit card and what do I need to do? I want to stop and cancel all subscriptions.

    Xbox Payment Past Due Help

    Yes. You would still have to contact support to cancel the subscription and remove the card, but once that's all taken care of you can use the prepaid card.

    Help with past due payment

    You will need to call phone support and speak to someone in order to resolve payment issues. Your account will stay suspended until you pay off the past due amount.

    is there any other way? I live outside USA and Western countries so I can't really use a phone to call.
