Help with party/game invite issues very detailed information below

I am experiencing issues with connecting with only some friends with party and game invites. I have done a bit self service and can not resolve it. Tried switching the xbox 360 from upnp to dmz then to port forward setting and ensuring it was done correctly.
Check all profile settings on both party ends. The live account profile is r4y2r0y. Roommates profile trying go group with demolisher38. I'v checked both party's ends and believe it may due to the network setup r4y2r0y is using. He is hard line connected to
a wn2000rptV2 that is wifi bridged to a Wndr3400v2. The isp is total highspeed llc. The 3400v2 is running a 2.4ghz up to 300 mbps. When a test is ran no nat error due to it being some people unable to group with would think moderate nat issue. A network statistics
test results- latency 77ms packet loss 0 upload 1.25m down 2.91. I have spent an enormous amount of effort and time into this and have been seeking assistance via phone but unable to get the issue resolved. Please Please someone help me and give a resolution
that fixes the problem. So we can group up and play with real life friends.....

Sorry to hear it. I think the issue here lies with your internet speed itself. As you can see by the link below you should have a minimum of .5 up (you're fine there) but at least 3 down.

As your download speed is a little bit slower than the recommended (including latency) you will experience issues.
