    good day.... i'm having problem with my xbox 360 console. i was updating my console normal as always when i was trying to play a game it seems that one of my friends put a code on my console and i need to remove to play or use it. what can i do to reset
    the parental control? my console serial number is [Mod removed] and my console ID is
    [Mod removed] and my dashboad is 2.0.17489.0. i hope here i can find the answer, thanks in advance

    Help with parental controls.

    Hey there Iodine! It sounds like your friend is on a Child Account. Did she set up an account for her son and just use that one? I would strongly suggest she create her own account as an adult and then use that to log in to the console. Let us know if that

    Sorry to hear it. First off you should never post your console serial and ID numbers on the forums.

    As for the parental control issue you or your parents will need to contact phone support for assistance in removing the code. If you live in North America then dial 1-800-469-9269

    Are you asking for help removing parental controls that your parents set up, I don't think we can help with that

    If your parents put parental controls on the console, it would defeat the purpose if you could remove them yourself.
