Help with online purchase!!

Please help....just purchased the full Castle Crashers game. When I clicked buy, got a message saying there were server problems, try again later. I then got an email receipt for purchasing the game. Game did not download. I went back to the purchase screen
and it tried to get me to purchase again. Went to download history, the only version there was the original free trial I downloaded before....re-downloaded that, still no full version.

Im trying to buy ESO on the xbox store but it says I need a credit card for the remaining money

It costs $59.99 and I have $61 on my account. What should I do?

When I try to buy this game on the Xbox One, it says that my purchase cannot be completed at this time. Solutions?

Even with your child having their own funds and bank, it's important to think about them making purchases that can cause their funds and bank accounts to be overdrawn. I would suggest reading through the Family and Online Saftey on Xbox Support to make an
informed decision.

If it is, please tell me if the game is showing on your library:

Press the Xbox button > My games & apps > See all > Full library > All owned games.

If it is there, try to install it. Is it installing or not? If not, please tell me if you receive any error message or the installation is just stuck.
