Help with network settings and Xbox

I've not got much if a clue either ! Have you tried resetting your router ?

Good day, to set up a wireless network on the xbox one go to:

Settings- Network Settings- Set up Wireless Network- Choose "your wireless"- Input password

You can forget/reset a Wi-Fi network on your console by simply selecting ‘Disconnect wireless’ in Network Settings, or just set up a wireless network, select the correct network from the list of available ones and enter the updated password.

Xbox consoles unfortunately don’t currently remember network passwords so if you disconnect from one or connect to another network, you would need to enter the password again even if it hasn’t been changed.

Once successfully connected to Xbox Live, you can perform various network tests if needed such as network speed & statistics, the multiplayer connection and NAT type.

I went into to network settings, configure network, and additional settings and restore to factory defaults, restarted the xbox, and went into network settings and scanned for my wireless signal and set it using automatic settings and was able to connect
to Xbox Live, why is this happening? Please someone help.

Since you did say it just recently appeared then be sure to try and restart your modem/router to see if that makes any difference. If that doesn't help then please try the NAT relation solutions on this support page:

to get an Open NAT if possible.
