    Help with my xbox one!


    since december 1st mu xbox one dont connect automatically to xbox live i must wait 10-15 minutes to play, i haved used wired and wifi connection, rebooting my modem but nothing has changed, should i reset my xbox to factory settings. Please is frustrating!

    There is a Issue on Microsofts side. Please try again after the issue with Xbox Live is solved. After that it should work as it should.

    The service alert lasted most of the night. Today there is service alerts again today so you may still have some issues. You can check the status of the

    service alert     and get notified when updates come.
