Help with my son's account!

Hello,

can you help me fix my son's account because it wont sign in to Xbox live

and i accidentally remove it as a family member

it needs an adult account when i change it it gives me a error code: 801540FE

please help me fix this tnx!

I I tried to change the age restriction on my son's account to give him a little more freedom as he got older and now he cannot play any of the games with his account because we get a message that says you cannot see content other people make because of
how your account is set up... How do I change this

What i would do is check your internet if somethings wrong. or maybe they just banned him. Ask microsoft at Twitter if you can @ @XboxSupport
