    I would like a second chance with a account suspension and reputation refreshed I don't think I violated the code I was not rude or mean to anyone and I would love a second case review

  5. The Enforcement team does not post here, so the support forum is unable to help you.

    If your reputation level is at "Needs Work" or "Avoid Me", you will need to continue playing multiplayer matches without getting reported for any reason. How many matches required to get back into green is unknown, but
    that is the only way to fix your reputation. Reputation levels are not reset by request.

    Suspensions are dealt with exclusively by the Enforcement team on
    their website. You can submit a case review (if eligible), but if you get "Decision Upheld", there is nothing you can do other than sit out the rest of the ban. There are no known second chances at case
    reviews.

    I was reported for no reason.

    Being reported doesn't affect your reputation, is only when you at found to have broken the code of conduct your reputation will decrease.
    Actually that's not entirely true. If you're found to violate the code of conduct you can receive a suspension/ban. Rep has nothing to do with suspensions/bans.

    I’ve never been suspended. Why do I have such a low reputation?

    A change in an account’s reputation score is not considered an enforcement action and is not indicative of a suspension;
    it’s possible to have a low reputation score without violating the Microsoft Services Agreement or Code of Conduct. Instead, reputation reflects how the Xbox Live community views a player’s behavior over time.
    The reputation system emphasizes a player’s sportsmanship and overall attitude and is intended to help ensure a level playing field for all Xbox Live members.

    i cannot appeal my two suspensions even though i have completed and passed questionnaires

    XBLPET does not monitor the forums to address the grievances of affected users, so absolutely nobody here on the forums can help you whatsoever with your suspension. This also includes the moderators and ambassadors.

    Your reputation shows as "Needs Work". I believe they'll put you through a questionnaire to review the Code of Conduct when your reputation takes a dive, but that will not help fix your reputation level or suspension (reputation is not necessarily tied to
    enforcement actions).

    A "case review" may or may not be available to submit, depending on the type of suspension. Even then, they aren't really "appeals". The Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Team (XBLPET) are generally firm on their decisions to take action on your account when
    necessary, and the end result of those case reviews are to just tell you exactly
    why they suspended you. Very rarely, if ever, will they reverse a suspension after a case review.

    A suspension does not affect your reputation. Reputation is down to how you play games and if you are getting reported for cheating, team killing etc and over time this will drop your reputation. Also the reputation bar isn't fully green, it usually is 2
    thirds full and with "good player" as the reputation.

    As to yoiur suspension, there is nothing that the forums can do, nor support. Your only point of contact is through the Enforcement site and only if your suspension is over 24 hours in length.

    You should also refrain from posting duplicate threads on the same issue.
