    need help. Trying to do a deposite for points not seeing it says I have over 5k points but not seeing how to get them. I also am having issues see the post I sent them in but can't find them again plz help me! With the points/ finding my auestions

    We responded with why this was happening on your previous thread at (Not getting my rewards points). We still see that those
    Credits have been pending since the 31st of last month.

    I am having the very same issue. Xbox Live is really jacked up this morning. I have 1200 points but when I go to purchase Vengeance it says I have zero balance.
