if i live in Puerto Rico wich location in xbox one should i choose? i dont see puerto rico in the options, wich is the correct one?

My current location is not recognized so therefore I can't do anything.my phone is practically useless. Please I need help with changing my location . Thank you for your anticipated response.

Hi, I have a big problem when i made this account. When i traveled to Hong Kong a few weeks ago i changed my xbox's location to Hong Kong, that was before i made this account. Now i am in the US and i made this account, but the problem was that i forgot
to change the location from Hong Kong back to the US. So now my account is forever known as a Hong Kong account. This is a big problem for me because i really like this account and i would like to keep it. So if you guys can change my location to US it would
be much appreciated.

the reason why you cannot find Puerto Rico because its Xbox Live currently is not available in that country.

Puerto Rico is a US Territory so you should put the US as your location in this instance. This means Xbox Live is supported in Puerto Rico.

The drop-downs that typically list States should also cover Puerto Rico and other similar territories.

There should not be any issues with this, but let us know if you encounter any problems.
