Help with multiple consoles and users

We have 2 Xbox one s and 3 user accounts

We have 2 Xbox gold accounts and the 2 that log onto one Xbox can't share the gold package do I seriously need 3 gold accounts

Also they now want games passes looking at getting passes for Xmas do I need one per Xbox or one per user

Any help appreciated x

Hi,
I'm looking to get either the Xbox one or the PS4. The console would be used by many different users, at a house that gets rented out, so most people won't be using it for that long. I'm an on and off gamer, and would be fine with either for my own personal use, so it comes down to which is easiest for new users to set up/play and which has the better library of family friendly titles to find something for everyone. I've looked at all the comparisons and read the reviews, but haven't found anything that helps my current situation, so I thought I would ask. Thanks!

Help of user that was banned & user multiple accounts

You would have to file a complaint on him via the console. That is the only way to report him to the enforcement team so they can investigate.

Sorry to hear you are running into this problem. I am going to leave a post here that will talk about

How to designate an Xbox One console as your home Xbox.

The support article will show you how to set the Home Xbox. You will need to set the Home Xbox under the account that owns the subscriptions.

Now as far as the Game Pass subscription. You are able to share the games that have already been downloaded from Game Pass, But the other player will not be able to go into the Game Pass subscription to download their preferred games. For that feature they
would need to have their own Game Pass subscription. Same with Xbox Live Gold, The player who owns it will have access to the Games with gold or Deals with gold, But the user who does not own it will not have access to those offers.

It's a shame I need to buy each account a gold and a games pass my kids won't share games accounts now too competitive. Xbox have parents spending once again.

If you make a family account you can share gold with the users. You I'll have to make 1 of the xbox ones the nine console. On the gone console anyone can use the gold features. On the second console ok nly the primary account can use the gold features.
In order for one of the secondary account to use gold on the 2nd xbox the primary would also have to sign in.

 

We have microsoft my family account and I have 2 gold accounts one for each Xbox

One Xbox is for my oldest

2nd Xbox younger 2 share

Younger 2 only one of them has gold. I have set the Xbox to main console didn't make a difference

Now they want game passes too to set up monthly they need to have my bank details so buying passes but asking do I need 3 x box gold accounts and 3 games pass accounts

Getting really expensive

Just to clarify a bit more on what I said. If you do have 2 different consoles (Console A and Console B.). you can always use just a single Xbox live and Xbox Game pass subscription. You would have to Use the account that has the subscriptions and log into
console B. Once you have logged in you would need to set up the Home Console. This will enable the game sharing features on Console B. Now the other 2 users would be able to log into Console B and play all games that The main account owns. They can play online
as the main account is sharing Xbox live Gold, and they can also play games that the main account has already downloaded off of the Game pass subscription. What they won't be able to do on the other 2 accounts would be take advantage of Deals with gold, Games
with gold, and they won't have the ability to open the Game pass library to select games to download. all of this would have to go through the primary account.

The only thing with setting it up this way is that down the line none of the content that they have been playing is actually owned on their account. So if they ever move to their own consoles, and buy their own subscriptions, they would have to purchase
games that they want to continue to play (all progress they have already made
will be saved)

I do hope you understand my long explanation on how this would work under the 2 consoles and 3 accounts.

You can game share with only one account but I think you can share gold with up to five xbox so for online play you might be set... for games only 2 xbox can share them...

 

Do you know how to share gold with 2 Xbox consoles that would save me loads x

So main account to be logged on would affect screen time limits I've set up so would need to take time off will see if it works thanks x

The home feature has worked amazing I knew it was crazy buying 3 of everything and someone could help me. Really appreciate the help would normally ask the kids but I'm getting games pass from Santa x
