Help with missing code in my bundle

hi guys just wanted to get an understanding with this issue as im having issue with shop, I basically bought a new bundle and the digital code for the game was not in the box now ive gone back to the store and there making me feel like im trying to con the
m by saying its in the box etc,

what I want to know to help me know what im taking about is the anything in the box or on it that I can use to find out if the code has been used else where like a serial number or sumthink?

Last week i buy the Gears of war 4 console bundle with 2 tb Memory and Gears of war 4 Ultimate Edition i missing the Codes 1 2 3 and Judement in My bundle it is nothing Inside thanks for help

Ok, first off it would be helpful to mention which bundle you purchased.

Inside the box should be a card with a scratch off area with a code on it. You would enter (or scan the code using Kinect) and then download a digital copy of the game.

 

thanks for your reply yes there should be a card with the code on but what Im saying is the card is not in the box so is there anything else in the box I can use to sort of track the code to see if some one has redeemed it else where? cause the shop obviously
are saying no it should be in there and I can see there point but I need to find a way to fight my case to prove I haven't had what I paid for

 

Unfortunately there is no way to track it. Keep on with the store or contact phone support in your local region to see if they can do something.

 

you have been talking to a rep on the live chat didnt really get anywhere so just thought id ask on here,so all the info you would need to find who or where the code has gone is on the slip of card and no where else.

 

Yes, that's right. Looks like you may have to try returning the bundle to the store for an exchange. This time open it in front of them to see if there's a card in the box.

 

Yeah the cards are printed en masse and then just stuck in the boxes. They don't register each card with the serial number of the console or anything like that so there's no way to see where the card that should have been in there ended up or if it's been
redeemed by somebody else. Like onyx62is said, your best bet is to take it back, get another one, and open it before leaving to ensure the card is inside.
