Help With Minecraft Xbox/Playstation4

Hi so I have a question about the Minecraft one for Xbox and the other for PlayStation. My question for the Xbox is that my Minecraft wont download past 95 percent, I have tried power cycling, resetting, alternate mac address, and just turning it off. None of these worked and I am sure that I have tried almost everything. Minecraft has run well in the past it is just this is the second time that it has happened I don't know if it is my internet, my old console, or anything else.

My question for the PlayStation is that someone that I have been trying to help recently has a problem with their PlayStation and Minecraft I redirected them to the PlayStation support but they said that it did not help, I also sent them videos and suggestions on what to do, none of this worked and he had been testing and searching for hours. I was wondering if I could get anyone else to help that preferably has a wealth of PSN accounts, Microsoft accounts, and the PlayStation Minecraft in general.

Concerning the Xbox query, I would recommend trying the steps listed here: Troubleshoot game or app installation problems on your Xbox console | Xbox Support

If the issue persists, you may want to check this article and try the steps mentioned there: Troubleshoot your network connection speed | Xbox Support

As for the PS query, I would recommend getting in touch with PSN support about it, or post it in PS forums!

Hello I found a article which states these steps

You will need to make sure that your child is set up and signed in on the console. Then go to Settings > Account > Family Settings > Manage
family members. Select your child's account, and then Privacy and Online Safety > Xbox Live Privacy > View details and customise > Communication
and multiplayer. Under You can play with people outside Xbox Live, change
"Block" to "Allow". This will allow any game with cross-play – Minecraft, Fortnite and the like – to connect your kid to kids on a non-Xbox platform.
