Help with Minecraft account and i dont recieve codes to the mail

Ahhh okkaaayyy now i understand that part, but how i know where the code came from? because it just says "xbox live" i recieved it on a inbox msj to my xbox account... and i dont know then, because i bought this Gears of War Ultimate Edition here in belgium,
and here was that i recieved the code, if i have to be physically in the country where i recieved the code, i set everything as here in Belgium, my region settings, my biling, everything, and now what happen is that the code dont even open, i mean dont give
me even the option to "Confirm" the redeem... you understand me?... i dont really know what to do

The gamertag is JohnBoy XVII, I spoke to support about it and they looked into it all. I am unable to sign into the account through Xbox.com cause it says that "Sorry about being overprotective but we need to see if this is your account so go to your e-mail
and recieve the code. The e-mail that I have on the account is no longer in use and is causing many problems.

i recieved my code...it will be from xbox, saying claim your free gift once you claim it it unlocks the specialization priority alpha or something to that matter. i recieved the e-mail lastnight

I just recieved the email with the code to redem microsoft points. it was sent to this gamer tag, here is a picture of the e-mail. [mod removed]
