Help with Microsoft Store and Xbox App Store

Hello, I need help regarding the installation of a game on my PC. I purchased Forza Motorsport on the store but I am unable to install it, it asks me the destination disk where it will install it, but the installation process doesn't start. Same goes for the Xbox App Store and the Forza Website: it says that I own the game but as soon as I click on "INSTALL" nothing happens. Any solutions?

Thank you for the advices, but I cannot update my Windows, it gives me an error 0x80080005 saying that there were some problems with the installation of the updates. Because of this, I cannot update the Xbox and the Store. I sincerely don't know what to do
