    Help with Microsoft Reward


    Hello,

    since 2 months my reward acc needs to be "updated". but every time i click on "update" and change my region from "austria" to "germany" (for purchase in austria) but every time after the change it would reset back to "austria" and my acc need to be "updated"

    again. With this i can´t get my Reward points....

    anyone have the same problem or any idea what for a problem it could be?

    (sorry for bad english)

    The Microsoft Rewards pogram is not changing. The Xbox Rewards program is turning into the Microsoft Rewards program. So you would not lose any Microsoft Rewards points.

    Xbox Live Rewards amount not correct

    Those are Microsoft Rewards points, not Xbox Rewards credits. For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

    3450 Rewards Credits is 3.45, not 34.50. You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce
    page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. You spent this deposit shortly after you received it on Rock Band 4 content.
