Help with microsoft account money

A friend from Canada gifted me a 25$ gift card. I couldn't use it since I'm in Croatia but when i changed my Locale to Canada it worked. Now on xbox.com on my account it says i have 25$ (I'm also missing 5.75$ from that sum since i gathered that from xbox
live rewards). The money doesn't appear on xbox 360 besides the 5.75$. I'm missing 25$.

When i try to buy something on xbox.com it doesn't let me even though it says i have 25$. On Xbox it only shows 5.75, and i can buy something with that but didn't yet.

I wanna buy gold in World of tanks, but Can't since the money isn't on my xbox 360 account.

Its weird because on xbox.com i have 25$ and when i find a game for 20$ lets say it still doesn't let me buy it.

Help Please!!!

I would like a response from the xbox staff if possible, I just wanna have some more fun with the game and support Microsoft.

Sorry for double post but even on Microsoft commerce it says i reedemed a 25$ code.

 

if you Change your Region your Money stays in that Region.

this means you now have created a Profile which requires canadian billing Information and you have a billing Profile for your own Region from before: croatia

 

I didn't change the region, only locale by the way

 

What should I do peeps help?

 

Have you tried redownloading your xbox live gamertag?

This will refresh you account with the server.

 

I'M not sure what exactly do you mean by it

You cannot use It for Two reasons first and foremost you redeemed

a foreign code It does Not matter what locale on the website you are on you need an canadian account but You will always have issues because of your location

This is why you Dont do something against the code of conduct

In order to use the money you must migrate to Canadá but as your physical location doesnt Match alot of triple a titles and Dlc wont work

Croatia isnt a support a región
