Help with messaging ban

i tried both of those options and it still not letting me send messages

The only people that can help you is the xbox enforcement team.

The ONLY way that you can contact them is through their website enforcement.xbox.com

When you sign in at that site there should be an orange hammer on the main page that you can click on and it will then show you any enforcement action against your account and if the enforcement action is eligible there would be a link to apply for a review
that you can click on and appeal your suspension.

If you have a ban, there should be a screen that pops up telling you that you have a ban every time you log on.

If that screen downt come up you dont have a ban so try restarting your Xbox.
