Help with membership and billing information issues.

I signed in on my Xbox tonight to find out i have no gold membership when i usually pay monthly for it. For some strange reason it will not let me use my usual billing information to buy some more gold membership. I have a valid 7 month code here and that
will not work either. It keeps saying 'Something went wrong'.

I changed my security settings on the website to my current mobile number and its telling me it will take until next month for it to be verified. I can not do anything at all to fix this problem because it will not let me use my account on the website properly
until my new phone number is verified. Also when i try to retract the update of my current phone number it asks me to enter the last 4 digits of my number so they can send me a code through a text message. I am getting no texts what so ever.

Back in august I changed my region on my Xbox to get Gears of War UE a few days early and then changed my region back to the UK.

I cant get in touch with support until the morning.

Can anyone help?

Here is the error that I receive when trying to download my profile to my console. "Can't connect to LIVE. You may be using a Windows Live ID from a region that is not supported by LIVE."

also my birthdate on my windows live id is over the age of 18. This account was created on my windows 8 computer.

Account Migration tool to change your account from Canada to the US. Before you do though make sure and read the information

Hey Owl! Alrighty, upon checking your account, it seems your region is "Non-Existent", which means you have never logged into live.com before. If you could just go ahead and login to live.com, that should get rid of that error for you. Cheers!
