    Help with recovering lost accounts

    Okay so i'm on here because live chat isn't working and wont let me fill out First Name and Last Name for some reason.

    I stopped playing Xbox 360 about 3 years ago and now i'm thinking of getting it again to play with my friend. However, I have 2 accounts that I remember the exact Gamertag of but none of my email addresses that i use are associated with, BUT I do know the
    alternate email address that are linked to it and any security questions.

    Obviously I would like to recover at least 1 of the accounts as it has all my old data on it

    Help with recovering lost accounts

    You would have to contact support for help with that issue. As long as you can verify that you are the owner of the accounts they can get you the email and then you would need to reset the password. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada. Or try making
    sure your account information is correct at
    http://account.live.com     so that it auto-fills the information for chat support correctly.

    That would be the email that you used when you signed up for your original gamertag. Without it, you can't get the account back.
