    I am a longtime customer who recently encountered an issue with the renewal of my Gold subscription. My subscription expired in late June. However, the debit card I had on file was suspended due to fraudulent activity, so I planned on waiting to renew it
    until that was sorted out (and I returned from a vacation). Unfortunately, by the time I went in to cancel the auto-renewal it was too late and the charge was attempted so I could not cancel the request to renew. I updated my payment info today but still could not
    cancel the original auto-renewal request. This is especially disappointing because the 12-month subscription for Gold is currently on sale.

    Is it possible to either cancel/refund my subscription, then buy it again at the discounted rate or have the difference refunded/credited to my account? Please help.
