    Hey! I purchased Gears of War 4 way back in November with my XBOX ONE S. I am just now seeing my promo codes to redeem the other 4 past xbox 360 games but when i tried to redeem them on my console, they vanished after redeeming one code that wasnt even gears
    of war related. Please help me with resending my promo codes, i really wanted to play the other past games.

    That code is usually related to a region issue. What are the codes for? Does your account region match your physical location?

    Each region has been tested on the account. But I'm getting the same error

    Checking various regions won't work. Your account has to be set for the region you are physically in. What region are you in? Are the codes for the other Gears games or for something else?

    One of the codes has been activated without any problems. This shows that there is no regional problem.

    Not all Gears games are available in all regions. Just because one works does not mean that all will. If the game is not available in the country that you live in you won't be able to download it. Which country do you live in and which country is your
    gamertag set for?

    Gears 2 and Judgement are not region locked. Gears 1 and 3 are.

    you don't get a code for judgement with gears of war 4

    That promo ended last year and wasn't included in the packages they were sent out later

    Those would be dlc packs included with gears 4

    Can you show an ad where it was included ?

    If it is the gears collection then no that wasnt includes and ended last year
