Help with game update -getting a weird message

I have just bought a game (plants vs Zombies) for Xbox 360 but after the update was downloaded I got the following message and I cannot play the game

"your profile profile not have the correct permissions to access Xbox Live functionality"

What does it mean?

I tried to contact Xbox support but i cannot fill out their online request (mandatory fields are frozen)...no comment

Wont let me access game marketplace,videos music ect. and wont let me download any game updates, and updates in general

i am having an issue with my xbox 360 it will not let me download game updates. The game market place will not show up and it gives me a weird error message every time i turn on my xbox i am getting very agitated about this because i cant play any of my
games that come out with a update so please help me

xbox live quest site is not keeping track of my "multiplayer hours" played correctly

UPDATE!!!

OK, so now the quest site is back up and something weird has happened. The status of my quest have switched places lol. What is going on??????? I also haven't received any reward and I should be getting a message by now. HELP!!!!!

did you start the game before the update installed 100%? you get a message saying you can play the game before the update fully downloads and installs. that messes up your save file. why anyone would be allowed to play a game before it finish's updating
is weird.

Yeah I'm still not getting any notifications for achievements or parties but messages pop up just fine it's so weird. My game bar is fully updated not sure what else to do

Definitely not worth replying or getting involved with people sending spam/scam messages and blocking and reporting the accounts is the best way to deal with it.
