Help with game The Crew

I don't think you can as it's kind of a mmorpg but with cars etc.

And don't forget about the crews on rockstar social club. There are a ton of crews out there and GTA V allows you to invite people from your crew right into the game, so that should help you find some people to play with and get to know and work together.

I'm fairly certain that auto matchmaking has been there since the launch of the game, when you go to start a crew, just select "Open Crew" instead of "Closed Crew" and it will begin the matchmaking process. There are also some Discord servers that are great
for finding a crew, and of course the LFG feature can help to set up a crew before you head into the game.

Naturally, it can be a bit hit or miss when you matchmake, you may end up with a great crew, or you may end up with people who are just griefing or don't carry their own weight on the ship.

You need to login on rockstar and there should be a page where you can create a crew you can't create a crew in the game only join a crew in the game itself
