help with game pass and gta

i bought gta like 4 years ago, i joined the game pass while gta was on the game pass, after i am no longer on the gamepass when i try to play gta it tells me i need the game pass to play however i bought the game already and for some reason games that i have bought such as skate 3 it lets me play?

GTA 5 is free on game pass if that helps you wanting to play on the one

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Depending with the error that you’re getting as well as if you’re trying to play GTA Online or just the Story Mode. If you’re trying to play GTA Online and you also don’t have an Xbox Live Gold that may be the issue, once done installing try playing just the story mode and let me know it the issue will persist.

I purchase Grand Theft Auto 3 months ago now all of a sudden I can't get into the game and it's acting as if I don't own it I paid for the game back on July 17th I have uninstalled and reinstalled it I have no idea what's going on can someone please help me

i uninstalled the game to see if it would work im currently redownloading it

We need a little more information on what you're experiencing so we can better help you in getting this issue resolved.

I see you mentioned GTA V past install won't play. Were you playing it through a Game Pass subscription? GTA V was removed from Game Pass about a week ago. If you bought GTA V and are trying to play it, you may need to remove the Game Pass version of the
game, then re-install the game from your All Owned Games section in Games and Apps on your console.
