    Help with failed Minecraft builders pack download


    Hi,

    I have just got my first xbox and tried to install my Minecraft builders pack which came with the console but for some reason the install failed.

    I got an error message but did not write it down.

    When I now try to install the builders pack it states that the code has already been redeemed but the builders pack does not show on my console.

    Can someone help please?

    Cannot Download Purchased Game after XboxOne got repaired

    Hi, One week after I purchased XboxOne it quit working and I send it for repair under warranty. After I received it back all purchased games were deleted. I am trying do download Minecraft Builders pack from my account and it shows
    that i own this game but system won't let me download it. On the xbox system is checked Automatic Download Updates and games but still cannot download purchased game which is was full version. I was able to download minecraft from app store but it says 30
    days free trial and missing lots of stuff. I want to be able to use minecraft with all addons (builders pack) .Help will be appreciated.

    Minecraft Builders pack.

    I have tried to download the Minecraft builders pack but i had an error at the end. I have tried to download again but it says i already have it. It obviously hasn't downloaded properly because there is nothing to install. Please help.

    Anyone Else Not able to Put in Codes?

    We bought the Minecraft edition and downloaded the game. We went to down load the Builder's Pack and it came up with an error. When we entered the code again it says it has already been used. I guess it will go back to the store tomorrow.

    I have a question. I added the code for the Minecraft game to my account because it was the only account we had at first. Then my daughter created an account and added the Builder Pack code to her account. It will not work because it says she does not

    Minecraft cartoon texture pack cannot be downloaded (paid version and trial version)

    as there seem to be no other issues with downloads or storage devices all i can say is i think it is a problem with there end and not the consoles. i downloaded Dishonored and that was fine but had the texture pack in queue after the game downloaded it went
    to download the texture pack and failed giving the same message countless others have had.

    as for deleting the "part" downloaded pack, its not there to be deleted and clearing the system cache does nothing to help :(

    Hope they get it sorted soon. i also heard that it may be a problem with them setting up live ready for the Xbox one version of minecraft (who knows)
