Help with Error code when signing in

Hi. When ever I sign in with my main gamer tag I have to go through the verification **** & wait for a code sent to my moby. Every time i've entered the number it goes through the motions then I get a 'Sorry we're having
problems Error 80049C12. Can't find any help for this any where & it's been happening for the past 3 months.Tried uploading my profile which works initially but if I turn the console off the next time I turn it on the same thing happens again? It's not a
major problem just annoying!

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. Sounds like the email isn't verified why it keeps asking you to do this. You can go to the
Account website log in and make sure everything is verified on the website. Also do you have two step verification enabled, or passkey set up and lock it down as security setting?

When I try to sign in to MS Solitaire Collection, I get a sign in error "We could not sign you in to Xbox Live. Please check the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ.... error code: 1170000."

Unfortunately I can't find this error code, or the answer at that link. I'm running Win 10. Help please!

Hey there, are you recieveing any kind of error code at all? The error code helps a lot in determing exactly what issue is happening and there can be a number of things going on when you can't sign in.

What’s the specific error code/message you receive when trying to sign in? 80151103 and 8015190A are some of the most common error codes for account access issues on Xbox 360 (and Xbox One and Series X|S consoles through backwards compatible games).

Also, are you able to successfully sign in to your account at https://account.microsoft.com/ and https://www.xbox.com/?
