    My gamertag has been spam reported by an ex-friend. I have yet to resolve this issue. I have been unable to come into contact with enforcement. Being a loyal Microsoft customer for many years. I am certain this could easily be resolved. I have never had
    any issues that could not be corrected so far. I hope this will not get overlooked.

    I got signed out account someone sent a

    message from my account that’s inappropriate I tried multiple times to change my password and they still got in

    and I got a suspension when it wasn’t me and I tried to file a complaint but didn’t work I need help

    If you believe his account was compromised, you would need to contact support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    The only way to contact them is via a case review
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/home/howto#sub-topic0-6     if eligible.

    Doesn't matter if your ex-friend spam reported you,you would only receive a ban or suspension if you have done something to violate the ToU/CoC.

    In fact,anyone spamming false reports can be suspended themselves.

    If you can't submit a case review, then there's nothing else you can do. Submitting a review is the only way to contact the enforcement team and they are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans.

    Why do you have so many of your friends accounts on your console?

    Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct.

    Sounds like you been issued a temporary console privilege suspension to stop you from doing this.

    This can't be appealed & means any account on your console suffers the same enforcement action you have.

    Only an enforcement team member can respond to any enforcement actions and they do not use the forums. If they upheld the decision from the case review you submitted you'll have to wait it out.

    Keep in mind, if you go onto someone else's console, you don't need to set it as a home console. All your content is available to be used by you on any console connected to the Live servers. More on the home console can be found
