    Help with Enforcement Team Dispute


    Hi I was recently given a suspension for 27 hours.

    I have pored over the forums and read the "Case Review" information on the enforcement team website.

    I am given no option to submit a case review.

    The reasons given for my suspension are what I had reported abusive messages from another user for containing, i.e. profane/abusive language. I refrained from any abusive language in my communications and have been suspended.

    How do I submit a Case Review in this instance?

    I have been harassed and banned for reporting said harassment.

    Communication ban

    The enforcement team do not use the forums. A case review is the only method to dispute an enforcement action.

    Your suspension will not be lifted most likely. But you could dispute it with the enforcement team if you like

    I've never heard of a 27hr ban. However 24hr bans are not eligible for case review. The Case review process generally takes 2-3 days. Your ban will lift prior to the enforcement team ever addressing the case.

    I can do math. Ban begins at 2:59 am on 11/2 and ends 5:59 am in 11/3.

    I can do math. Ban begins at 2:59 am on 11/2 and ends 5:59 am in 11/3.

    Why am I being suspended for something Xbox has to pre approve before it is uploaded?

    No, you cannot. The enforcement team decides which violations can and cannot be disputed.

    I made a post about rally racing. By no means does it violate any terms and conditions yet I'm suspended for it and they will not allow a dispute and there's not a single email address for the enforcement team

    Impossible to contact them even if you're 1000% innocent

    there's no way to directly contact enforcement and the team doesn't use the forums.Also, it's not possible to dispute 24hr bans.
