    I was suspended for 5 days and did a case review and they said they made a mistake and it was overturned but I still am not able to get on still saying I am suspended. Please help if anyone knows what to do to fix it.

    Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with a suspension that has been redacted by the Enforcement team. To troubleshoot this, please try

    removing your account     from your Xbox One, performing a
    power-cycle    , then adding your profile again.

    Yup, "New Zealand" shows up just fine on my end as well. I'm going with Zen on this. Definitely a browser setting, or a plugin. Not sure the Policy Enforcement Team has much sway in the web design department. Can I request compensation for the misleading

    Life is really way too short to get offended over such trivial and meaningless things as a squiggly red line.

    I think the problem may be on the browser settings you're using. As the name "New Zealand" shows up perfectly normal for me.
