    I got an account ban. Someone started messaging and harassing me I was the victim . I have had my Xbox account for 5 years I believe. I also pay for my daughters and my son's Xbox account . So it is important to me to have a good reputation so we can
    play together. The one day time limit does not bother me it's the fact that I shouldn't be banned at all and it's the principle of the matter. Can someone please read the conversation and see that I was the victim and please remove this ban from my account
    history ?

    Actually you agreed to the terms of the service once you signed so you should be aware that what you call "normally trash talk" files under online abuse and harassment making your behavior object to enforcement acts. By your own admitting you have done this
    more than once and since your account went under investigation the enforcement team certainly found other cases of your behavior that goes against the Code of Conduct. Enforcement acts can be decided even after a previous ban when further abusive behavior
    is established.

    Gaming should be entertainment, a way to to connect with others and not harass others. If someone drops out of the game just rate their behavior and move on as every conscious gamer will do. Name calling or retaliating is a breach of xbox live service rules.
    I strongly suggest you to get well acquainted with the the Code of Conduct. in order to avoid future suspensions: Microsoft’s Code of Conduct Explained for Xbox Live Customers

    Help with enforcement action.

    So, I will start by saying I have had my gamertag about 4 years or so now. Plenty of trash talk sent AND received. No problems to date except this last month. 3 enforcement actions. In one month. This last one being sent to me during my current (2nd action).
    Meaning I haven't even been able to message anyone. Yet still had enforcement taken on me 3 days (of the 7 I was given) of being muted.

    So that I can recollect, save for one message where I somewhat laid into someone (after they initiated it calling me cancer). All my "trash" talk, microsofts word to describe the stuff we talk to each other during competitive play. Has literally been either
    a "trash" or "garbage" message to someone on Smite for leaving or quitting a match. Which for those of you who don't know lasts anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour plus. I usually play conquest or only message if people leave during those matches which are
    the 30+ minute matches. Because there is no queue to bring someone else in, your'e just down a team member for the rest of the fight which is almost always going to cause you to lose. But anyway yea, I send out "trash" and "garb/age" messages for that. Or
    maybe telling someone to learn a role like jungler. Now to me that in no way breaks CoC for enforcement to be taken. Yet here I am under 3 within one months time.

    I have contacted microsoft twice over this. Most recently just about 20 minutes ago after about an hour long dispute with the support person. Getting no progress other than being pointed to the automated message review your case pony show, again. You can
    only do this if you are even eligible to review. I tried it once, after being told I wasn't even able. I somehow got a "free" review and submitted. Well I was denied. Mind you I am not even told what the case was specifically in question so I know what actually
    got me banned. Just here is your ban, don't worry about where it came from and oh no we won't be lifting it. Fine cool I'll let it ride out and just not message anyone else on live any kind of message even if they're wasting hours of my life by leaving matches....
    Enjoy that gameplay for everyone huh. But to get another one today while already being silenced is absurd. Nearly as absurd as the ONLY way to resolve this is by the review option and no actual human interaction. Avoidance much? IF you qualify to submit a
    review that is.

    Sorry for my long winded message so to speak but I am just short of outraged at the time and am looking if anyone has had success with this or reaching someone able to help outside of the review system which to me is just bad policy and no help at all. Just
    sorda here swallow this pill and like it because you have zero choice in the matter. Great service I am paying for here eh?

    i did that already. they wont let me because its a 24 hour ban. so i contacted support and they sent me ere. they said i would get help

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact them, but a review would take longer than the suspension since it's only 24 hours. All you can do is wait it out.

    Yes, a permanent ban is permanent.

    Support staff are not authorized to handle suspension issues; they'll often redirect you here or to the
    Enforcement website.

    A case review is often available (the only way to talk to the Enforcement team), but I wouldn't count on any mercy for something as serious as a permanent ban. If the status of your case review says "Decision Upheld", it means that Enforcement has rejected
    your appeal.

    Keep in mind that PSN carries similar player conduct codes. They aren't necessarily more "lax" than Xbox's Enforcement team.
