Help with digital purchase

I am having the same problem with wolfenstein 3d I bought it just a few hours ago along with symphony of the night and life is strange 2 and those both seem to work no problem. Ive reset the consol uninstalled and reinstalled the game but yet it still asks if I own the game

My purchase history shows I bought it and it is completed but still nothing

Same thing with a 360 game I bought.

Okay this i stated the question wrongly very wrongly so let me fix this sorry. What i meant to say is that I'm from a foreign country and I want to buy the new injustice 2 for Xbox one on my PC but every time i switch over to my country it shows that I'm
buying it for PC not Xbox, like below where there is the compatibility where it showed Xbox before it now shows PC.
