    Help with digital copy of DAI Game of the year edition please


    Yesterday i bought the game through xbox one store. It is downloaded. I also have ea subscription. When i click on 'play' nothing happens. I dont know what to do. Please help me. I am online. I have checked. I even reset my xbox one. Its 1 tb in size and
    is the only game i have. I was up all night trying to get the game to play. Help me please.

    Halo Wars Ultimate - HW Definitive Edition code missing

    Hey De Ziamme -

    When you purchased your game on January 4, 2016, did you purchase a physical copy of the game or a digital copy? If you purchased a physical copy of the game, your code for the Halo Wars Definitive Edition will be included in the Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition
    box when you get it.

    If you purchased a digital copy of the game, could you provide us with a screenshot of the purchase please? This will help us look into things a bit more.

    I did not receive my preorder bonus for pre-ordering Mafia 3

    I pre-ordered a digital copy of Mafia 3 Deluxe Edition and never received my Family Kick Back content in the game nor was I given a code. Please help.

    Minecraft Xbox one version won’t download

    Good day

    The digital copy of the game is the Better Together update meaning it is the Bedrock Edition which is crossplay enabled for Windows 10, Mobile, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.

    The digital version of Xbox One Edition is no longer available as it was replaced with the Bedrock version.

    The Xbox One Edition of the game should still be in physical copy in some retailers.

    Physical to Digital Update

    Unfortunately there is no way to convert your physical copy to a digital copy, the only why is to go and buy the digital edition of that game.
