    Help with dev mode (error 80A20305)


    So i'm trying to run dev mode on my series x but when I try to sign in to the test account an error message pops up (code: 80A20305). I've tried google but the only thing that pops up is another forum post but with no answers. Any help would be much appreciated as I am at a total loss.

    I'm trying to install Retroarch. I've been following a youtube guide (I apologise in advance, my technical knowledge is lacking) I signed up and paid £12 for the developer fee but when i go into dev mode and try to add a test account I get this error code.

    Hi there have you tried to power cycle down your console and unplug the power adapter and leave for 30-50 seconds and re plug in the power adapter and reboot see if this helps.

    What were you trying to do when you got that error?

    Were you trying to enable Dev Mode?

    Have you already enabled Dev Mode and are trying to sideload an unofficial App?

    Are you trying to sideload your own app? If so, did you already sign up and pay your developer fee for your Microsoft Account?

    I have been getting this error when trying to add a Test account: "An unknown error has occurred. Error code: 80A20305"

    Is there no solution for this? I can't find any articles and only this single post about this error. I've tried restarting the Xbox, restarting my modem, creating an entire new sandbox, all to no avail. Is there any solution for this error?
