    I have a lot of puzzle packages that I have finished with. I would like to delete them to make it easier to find unworked puzzles. I cannot find a way. How is it done????

    Deleting Jigsaw Puzzels

    What version of Windows are you on?

    If you have Windows 10, the quickest way is to go to the "Start" menu and right-click on Microsoft Jigsaw. Then select, "Uninstall".

    What version of Windows are you on?

    If you have Windows 10, the quickest way is to go to the "Start" menu and right-click on Microsoft Jigsaw. Then select, "Uninstall".

    How to delete finished puzzel

    Do the following at your own risk (however, it worked for me).

    1) Go to File Explorer for C: drive

    2) Search for "DownloadedPuzzles" (don't type " and it isn't case sensitive)

    3) Your list of puzzle collections should be there.

    4) Delete the collections you are finished with.
