Help with day trouble

Hey there people, i just want to ask for some help, today i was unviable to play multiplayer and use communications, because of enforce from sep 10 to sep 24 .. today at 7:42 pm it is supposed my acc could log in and play multiplayer and coummunications,
but now we are at 9:42 m and it still the enforcement , and in the status it is said the sanction its over, but i m still not aviable to play......... this is a mess because i m afraid if its going to be like the last time, that i was with another sanction,
and communications were back after 2 weeks later of the final day of the enforcement , please i need to know what happend, because its really annoying that it is said a day for the end of the sanction and it stills the same, so whats the matter? if there is
more time to way, it is supposed to be in the note on enforcement , what could i do?

Trouble with 14 day free trial

hey, I've just recently bought, and set up, my XboxOne and it came with a little 14 day free trial for Xbox Live Gold. I go to the "store" scroll down to "use a code" and enter the 25 character code. It seems to go through. Unfortunately, when I tried joining
my friend's party, or try to invite them to join me, it pops up with the options to purchase 3 different Xbox live packages... not sure if I missed a step, or if I actually have the 14 day trial started already, but joining up with friends was the goal and
I can't. Help with this issue would Ben awesome, thanks.

 

If your suspension is up and you still cannot communicate try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding
the account.
