    Help With Dashboard


    Please help! My Xbox dashboard has something wrong with it. It never changes. However, this is only on my Xbox Live account. All of the items on my dashboard have been there for about a month now, and they aren't changing. I think this goes along with it,
    but i can't get new items by using Bing to search. For instance, I have been wanting to get Battlefield Hardline Beta, but I cant find it by searching. But however, my non-Xbox Live accounts have all of the new things on the Dashboard. PLEASE HELP!

    Help with dashboard glitch?

    Just figured out that its my profile not my xbox. bcz i have my friends xbox profile on my xbox and his dashboard is fine example: Sent u a message and his gamemarket place and stuff scrolls without clicking on it. i already tryed deleteing my profile and
    recoverying and nothing. so idea's?

    Yep done that dome that like said done that transferred to various different consoles, deleteded it redownloaded it etc I really am stumped

    it may be attached to a different console with its digital rights, i'm currently having this problem, but my kids use my other xbox so not much i can do about it read more about it here support.xbox.com/.../download-content

    Have you tried clearing the cache 3 times? I don't know why but that makes a difference.
