    Help with customer service


    I sent my new series x for repair over a month ago as it was faulty, I received no communication that it had been recieved so I phoned to see where it was after a few weeks, It had been received after 3 days of posting by the repair centre as i checked the tracking info. I have called over 5 times and each time I have been told a different story about where it is. I have now been told that it has been lost at the repair centre and that I will have to wait for it to be found or to receive a new one, I have repeatedly been told that I will received a call back or email within 24hrs letting me know but this never happens. Honestly don't know what to do? Just feels like the call centre are telling me whatever they can to get me off the phone.

    Still no word on when our services are going to be up and running. On top of that you cant contact any one from customer service. You call one of the customer service numbers and it says to go on xbox/help. You go on xbox/help and it says customer service
    is unavailable. What a joke. Microsoft is so trash.

    ugh... I am drained with this. Mostly I am upset with Michael then over the actual problem... needed to vent. I will probably just go buy AC at Walmart then deal with this on Monday. For sure writting down that number, thank you.
