    I haven't been able to matchmake with one of the games I play. I've reset my modem and it is configured for gaming but I keep getting a matchmaking alert when I test my network. I don't know what to do to fix it.

    your NAT type may show open, but i would recommend going in and opening the ports on the router anyways. what type of router do you have? visit www.portforward.com to find your router and step by step instructions. (be aware there is an ad that usually comes
    up after you click through a page or two, just click in the top right. should be a link that says continue)

    Hey.Try and resetting your modem/router....That normaly works.You need to push the little button in the back on the modem for 30sec till it shuts off and starts up.Then fire up the 360 and see if it helped.If not check your network seetings etc..Come back

  6. I've tried doing the factory defaults option and it didn't work. The next option asks if I'm using a modem or a gateway. There are 3 choices but none of them apply to me as I have just a modem nothing else so I can't do the other steps. There is a service
    alert saying Social and Gaming is Limited but it talks about Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare which I don't play.

    How's the 360 version?

    I can't get mine to play… servers don't load. push play and it just stays on the connecting to matchmaking screen. Anyone else having this problem? i ran a connection test and it says I'm connected to xbox live no problems.
