Help with connecting controller

The Xbox One does not support bluetooth. It uses a wireless or wired connection to connect the controllers & headset to the console. Have a look at this support article, it might help you reconnect.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. As our Xbox Ambassador mentioned, you can connect a wireless controller with a USB-C cable to the console and use it as a wired controller.

What console are you referring to - Xbox 360, Xbox One or Series X|S? What exactly happens when you try to connect/sync the controller?

For Xbox 360:

You connect each controller, the same way you do the 1st one. Follow the instructions on here
