    Help with CLOUD storage


    I had to reset my PC and I have lost all of my credits on the Jackpot game. I believed I had saved them to the cloud, but now I am unsure whether I have used
    a new email address for my Microsoft account not my old email Can you provide and answer or advise where I can get help.

    Cloud Storage Help

    Hey there zAuToPsYz.

    If you connect to Xbox Live, your saves should upload to the cloud automatically. You shouldn't need to play each individual game.

    Hey there Ramos,

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with your Cloud Saving.

    There is a game save stored in the cloud, but cloud save storage is not active on this console.



    To turn on cloud storage on this console: From the Dashboard > Settings > System > Storage > Cloud Saved Games > Enable Cloud Saved Games.

    Transferring my Demo Character?

    Hey LonelyGalaxy9! If you have Cloud Storage enabled, upon starting up the game choose Cloud Storage as your main storage device. Your character should be ready and waiting for you as soon as it loads up. Also, from Xbox Home you can go to System > Storage
    > Cloud Storage and choose to transfer your save game from the cloud to the HDD via copying or moving the content over. Hope this helps!
