Help With Brother's Account

Hoping I can get an answer for this.

My brother passed away in November, and was a pretty avid Xbox gamer. After his passing, I came into possession of his Xbox. Unfortunately, at some point, his account was signed out of the Xbox.

I don't have access to his email, nor do I have his password, but I'd really like to be able to get signed into his account to re-download some games that he and I would play together, like Forza, so I can "play" with him again, even if it's just racing
against his ghost.

Does anyone know if there's a way to reset his password/email in this instance?

He would need to contact support. As long as he can verify that he is the owner of the account, they can get him the email. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

If your brother has forgotten his Microsoft Account password, please inform him that he can follow the troubleshooting steps in this article here.

If your brother has forgotten the EMAIL to his Microsoft Account (this is the email he used to sign into his account) then he can try the troubleshooting steps in this article.

If your brother can't get back into his account and knows the email address OR the phone number to the Account, but he no longer has access to any of the security proofs (NOTE: A security proof is an email or phone number Microsoft uses to send a security
code to. This is to verify you're the account holder) then he can recover his account by filling out an ACSR form.

I'm guess i'm going to do that tomorrow, but the support site says that i should have the answer for the secret question, name for the registered user etc. Which i don't have as i wrote above.

So that's why i asked here, and hoped for help from some mod or admin that could help me out with this.
