Help with an expired $5 rewards code

Hi I used 5,000 rewards points to get a $5 gift card for Xbox. I assumed it would go to my account automatically and did not know there would be an email that was sent to me to activate the $5 gift card. I just noticed the email today and the code expired
as of June 30th. I missed it by 3 days, I was hoping there was a way for me to get that $5 code reactivated or the 5,000 rewards points added back to my account.

I called support. They said the code expired (even though there was no expiration date on the email). They told me to post on the Xbox rewards forum and request a new code. Hopefully, they can help me.

 

You'll want to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page for assistance.
