help with achievement notifications

after the new dashboard update my achievement notifications don't always pop. sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. is there anyway to fix this?

something is wrong with my xbox notifications please help

on my xbox one i have a problem at the moment all my notifications are on but yet i get no notifications when i receive a message i get you notification or when a friend comes online i get no notification. i also have a problem with my achievements. i earn
no achievements anymore no matter what i do in games to unlock them. is anyone able to help.

 

Continued Notification Lag

When friends/peps send you messages on Xbox Live, Notifications aren't that laggy now.

But... the orange achievement notifications are quite laggy now compare those "achievement" notifications with how non-laggy the achievement notifications are on the Xbox 360, which pop up with practically no lag - smooth and fluid. That's how notifications
should work. This is probably a

"software" issue more than a "it's your internet".

 

Hey mate,

Try giving you console a hard boot, and see if that helps. Sometimes kicks the console into gear and fixes all manor of issues

To hard boot, have the console on and sitting at the dash, then hold down the power button for 10seconds until the console switches off. Then leave it off for a minute or two, before switching it back on and trying again.

Let us know if that helps or not and we can take it from there
